BaseBid Estimators is not responsible for missed bid deadlines by contractors or third parties.
Refunds are only available if a project is canceled within 2 hours of payment.
Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
If more than 5 days have passed since estimate delivery, full refunds are not available. However, in cases of major material takeoff errors, we may offer an exchange or revised estimate for a new project.
