Once a quotation is approved and payment is completed, your order is considered confirmed and scheduled for processing. Work on your project begins shortly after payment confirmation.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of payment for a full refund, provided that work has not yet started.
After this 2-hour window, or once work has commenced, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the time, expertise, and resources involved in preparing construction estimates, no refunds will be issued once work has started, regardless of project outcome or bid results.
BaseBid Estimators is not responsible for missed bid deadlines caused by delayed submissions, changes in project scope, or client-side delays. Refunds will not be issued due to missed bid opportunities.
If more than 5 days have passed since the delivery of your estimate, full refunds are not available.
However, in the case of major material takeoff errors, we may offer:
A revised estimate, or
An estimate for a new project of similar scope
Pricing accuracy is not guaranteed due to market fluctuations and regional variations.
All estimates are provided for reference purposes only. Clients are advised to verify pricing with subcontractors and suppliers. BaseBid Estimators does not guarantee local market rates, and estimates are not valid for legal or court use.
