Every project is unique, so we ask clients to share their plans or an FTP link for review. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the project. As a general guideline, smaller projects typically range from $200–$500, mid-sized projects from $500–$800, and larger projects $1,000 or more. Please note these figures are estimates only and final pricing is provided after project review.
We do not charge by the hour. Our pricing is structured on a per-project or monthly basis, making us an ideal solution for busy contractors who need on-demand estimating support. Since most contractors bid on only a few projects each month, our services are often more cost-effective than hiring a full-time in-house estimator.

Our engineers typically complete projects within 2–5 business days. For larger or more complex jobs, we check with clients about project deadlines. If a rush is required, we can assign a dedicated team of engineers to expedite the work for a small additional fee. We always strive to deliver estimates a day or two before the bid date to give you ample time for review.
As a blueprint-based estimating company, most of our projects rely on drawings and specifications. However, with years of experience, we can also provide assumption-based estimates for certain projects, such as bathroom or kitchen remodels and additions, when detailed plans are not available.
